Great place for a quick stay
The location was pretty sweet, right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly, and I loved the in-room breakfast. The only thing was the heating in my room didn’t quite cut it in December. I ended up having to request a heater from reception. Still, it was an alright stay.

A well-suited match for a speedy visit in Dunkirk with best value. The egg boiler at breakfast was an interesting surprise. Make sure to arrive before breakfast if you want a wider selection.

missingWrote a review on 13 Novcoffee makeregg boilerpayment confusion
The coffee maker in the room offered a nice touch for caffeine-fueled adventures. An egg boiler at breakfast adds a unique twist to the typical buffet experience.
Navigating to the hotel can be frustrating, as Google Maps took travelers to a square hundreds of meters away, likely due to outdated signage. payment issues arose where an unexpected second full charge appeared on credit cards, making for a confusing checkout process. The bar ran out of beer on a weekend, leaving guests without many drink options. The lack of air conditioning and paper-thin walls contributed to an uncomfortable stay, particularly with traffic noise seeping into the room. The awkward shower setup in the bathtub proved difficult for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast was a highlight with a good range of cheese and meat options. The room was ok, though it had an unusual smell and the TV angle wasn't ideal. 👎

The room was incredibly clean and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. I absolutely loved the freshly renovated bathroom, which was not only spacious but also featured high-quality amenities. Plus, the hotel's excellent location made it an ideal spot to explore nearby restaurants and the waterfront.

The room was comfy as, but the parking situation on weekends was pricey and the breakfast could've had more options. Chur for the friendly staff!

The room was spacious and accessible, making our stay comfortable. The underground parking was convenient and offered safety measures, while the hotel’s location was excellent, close to various restaurants, bars, and the waterfront.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited, lacking variety on certain days.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was fairly small but overlooked the side of the hotel, providing a quiet ambiance. The breakfast, at €10, featured a great selection of continental options like fresh bread and cheese, making it well worth the price.
Unusual odor in the room.

The underground parking is a major perk, though getting the fob can be a bit of a hassle. The rooms come with tea and coffee facilities, which I appreciated after a long day of adventuring.
The décor is a bit tired and could use a refresh—definitely not the best first impression. There was a weird smell in my room, and I had trouble with the heating. With thin walls, noise from the neighboring rooms made it hard to get a good night's rest. The breakfast was pretty basic, lacking variety, and the bar had stock issues that left me without a decent drink option. Plus, there were payment mix-ups that took a bit of effort to sort out.
